Weekly Recap: White House Scandals Quietly Gaining Momentum

white-house-scandals

This week has been quite a bit quieter compared to last week when the Benghazi, IRS and AP scandals started to gain some serious traction. While details about the scandal aren’t coming out as fast and furious as they were a week ago, there still have been some substantial developments on the DOJ spying on FOX News reporter James Rosen. Did Attorney General Eric Holder lie under oath about not being involved with okaying his department to warrant a search against the reporter? ABC News sums up the details here.

My posts this week were pretty much all over the place but the one I enjoyed writing most was where I gave my opinion on Senator Ted Cruz stating that he doesn’t ‘trust Republicans’ nor does he trust the Democrats. He is clearly distancing himself from the corrupt establishment in Washington and I love it. Cruz has stated that he will be running for another term in the Senate come 2016, but what about a Presidential run? CNN has details on his possible run here.

Another story that really grabbed my attention has started to break across news outlets lately and it has do to with a strip search that was conducted on a 10th grade class in Canada. Yes, you read that right, a school conducted a strip search on a 10th grade class after a phone went missing.  You can read about that here.

I am really hoping for some bombshell information to come out of the scandals that will put the final nail in the coffin of Obama’s Presidency and hopefully that happens soon, this coming week would be perfect.

The Majority Of The Left Is Astonishingly Deficient

liberals

The left is possibly the most incredibly selfish and misinformed group of individuals that I have ever encountered. During the 2012 elections, I had multiple discussions with some Liberal peers about their reasons for voting for Barack Obama over Mitt Romney. Now while some of them were honest and said ‘I’m not going to be voting because they both suck’ or ‘I really don’t pay attention so I won’t be voting’ (I believe that not voting is voting) I also ran into some individuals that said their reasoning for voting for Barack Obama was because he is for ‘gay marriage’ and has ‘got this country out of a deep economic hole’.

First off, yes the President has said that in a way he is for marriage equality but he as President will never make it legal and will never make a push for it. I believe that Obama only said he was for gay marriage so he could appeal to the stupid and misinformed because the stupid and misinformed will say ‘Oh! Obama is for gay marriage! That is awesome! I am totally voting for him regardless of the fact that we’re in deep debt and still have bad unemployment numbers!’.

Obama used social issues as a front to hide the fact that his economy still sucked and that his incredibly wasteful stimulus package of 2009 did absolutely nothing to help this economy.

I got into multiple debates about the 2012 election with some friends and acquaintances and most of those debates were very civilized, however there was one that really irked me. It was a very deep debate with a fellow gay right before the election. While I made my points he would try to defend himself by saying things like ‘how could you vote for Romney? He isn’t for you to have equal rights!’. This dumb ass didn’t even know that Obama said that it was up to the states to legalize gay marriage.

So not only did this incompetent jerk not know that Obama openly said that it was up to each state to legalize gay marriage, he didn’t even understand that Obama passing any sort of Amendment to the Constitution to legalize gay marriage is virtually impossible due to the checks and balances system of the United States.

One of my main arguments for voting for Romney during the election was that my right to marry whomever I want isn’t nearly as important as getting millions of people back to work and whenever I brought up to him, he would immediately deflect my facts with offensive remarks, calling me names and saying that I was ‘a selfish gay’.

Are you kidding me!? I am selfish because I voted for a man who has a background in growing businesses versus a President who contributed $5 trillion in debt over just four years with absolutely no solid results? I was clearly the selfish one.

After that debacle, I realized that debating with the stupid and misinformed wasn’t even worth it anymore because I would get just so frustrated; even now writing about this incident all these months later still gets my blood boiling!

Now unfortunately I believe that this mindset of ‘Barack Obama has the power to legalize gay marriage and that is all I care about’ is exactly the mindset of the overwhelming majority of the gay population and frankly lots of the youth of this country because this is the kind of conversation I had with multiple people around the same age as me (I am 20) during the election.

Every time I put out facts about the poor Obama economy, the left would try their best to disregard the facts and make poor excuses for the President or just begin calling me names. That is what the majority of the left does all the time.

I really do believe that those who associate themselves with the far left are very misguided and incredibly misinformed.

Ted Cruz Does Not Trust Republicans And Neither Should You

ted-cruz

The dispute between senior Senator John McCain and Senator Ted Cruz over how “business” gets done in Washington is an indication that Ted Cruz is not an establishment D.C. Congressman and that is why I believe he will soon start to get major national exposure which help his possible bid to claim the White House in 2016.

Watch this to see how Cruz distances himself from the establishment in Washington –

I don’t remember the last time I heard something so great from a politician in Washington. Ted Cruz is not your run of the mill Republican and that’s because he isn’t a Republican. Ted Cruz is a Libertarian. From what I have seen, I believe Ted is for maximum freedom and limited government on a scale that this country has not seen since its foundation in 1776.

The fact that Ted Cruz is distancing himself from the losers in his own party and the losers across the aisle also states that he is a unique choice to be the GOP’s Presidential Nominee for 2016. If the GOP wants to reclaim the White House then they need to nominate someone who isn’t a established big government Progressive, they need to nominate someone who is for small government because all Americans can relate to that if Ted were to effectively get the message of Libertarianism across to the majority of Americans.

If Americans are too dumb to realize that big government from both sides of the aisle in Washington is part of what’s destroying this country then we deserve another President and Congress who will continue to violate our rights and drive this country in to even deeper debt.

Now Ted Cruz isn’t the only Congressman I like, I also really enjoy Senator Rand Paul. Those two men are perfect examples of exactly what he need in our nations Capital.

Devolping: IRS Official Lois Lerner Placed On Administrative Leave

Lois Lerner

Well this is really fishy. First, Lois Lerner pleads the fifth and now she is place on Administrative leave? If that doesn’t mean she’s guilty and hiding some serious information regarding the IRS scandal then I don’t know what other evidence America needs to punish her.

Enjoy your paid vacation, Lois.

CNN Political Ticker

Washington (CNN) – The Internal Revenue Service official overseeing the unit that targeted conservative groups for several years beginning in the spring of 2010 has been placed on administrative leave, according to Congressional sources in both parties.

Lois Lerner was the director of exempt organizations when the agency filtered applications for tax exempt status for words such as “patriot” and “tea party.”

A Summary Of The Benghazi Scandal

Hillary Rodham Clinton

The Benghazi scandal has been going on for almost a year now and a ton of details have started to emerge lately that raises even more questions to exactly what took place on September 11, 2012.

With all the hearings and press briefings regarding the terrorist attack in Benghazi, it can get quite confusing to try and piece everything together to truly understand what this whole scandal contains.

Fortunately, the Heritage Foundation has released a video that summarizes most of what’s happened within the past 8 months. I recommend watching it and posting it to your social feeds so that your friends and family can watch and be aware of just how serious and scandalous this Benghazi cover up really is.

The Lies And The Spin Continue

White House Adviser Dan Pfeiffer

White House Adviser Dan Pfeiffer

Obama Adviser Dan Pfeiffer did his round of the Sunday talk shows yesterday and tried to defend the three scandals facing the Obama White House. The most entertaining interview of the five undoubtedly happened on Chris Wallace’s FOX News Sunday. Here is a snippet of the interview where Chris was relentless in trying to get an answer out of Pfeiffer when he was asked ‘where was Obama during the Benghazi attack?’ Watch for Dan’s disgusting response –

First off, kudos to Chris Wallace for trying to be a good journalist and actually asking tough questions. I watched some bits of the other Sunday talk shows and no one was as tough as Chris was. It was quite entertaining and a big breath of fresh air to see a journalist make a White House adviser extremely uncomfortable. It was a great way to start my Sunday off.

Anyways.

Just like Press Secretary Jay Carney has done since the beginning of the Benghazi cover ups, Dan tried his best to dodge the questions and turn the interview around about how he and the administration blame the Republicans for politicizing Benghazi, that the right is trying to find something out of nothing. Those reading this know that that is not the case.

How unbelievably hypocritical. Once again this administration will do anything to not tell the truth about what transpired on the night of 9/11/12 because they know that the truth will only do harm to their big government agenda.

Anyone taking part in trying to cover up Benghazi should be ashamed of themselves. There are four dead Americans and all Obama cares about is his damn politics.  The families and the American public deserve to know the truth.

As an American citizen that cares about those that serve our country domestically and over seas, it is relevant as to where Obama was during the attack.

Was he taking a mid day nap? Was he on the golf course? Was he sitting in his Oval Office picking his damn nose? Where was he!? If the White House isn’t willing to specify where Obama was during the attack then it is obvious to me that he was probably informed of what was transpiring but did not care enough to take the appropriate actions to save lives. He was probably more worried about any actions that could possibly effect his reelection campaign in the eyes of the left then he was worried about saving his own people.

I want to know if Obama is just too incompetent to know what the hell is happening in the country or if he’s just such a crappy boss that things like the Benghazi, IRS and AP scandals happen because he has no control over his damn people.

My mind also tends to think that Obama lets some of these events happen because he sees some benefit for himself out of it.

Obama is the absolute definition of corrupt.

Weekly Recap: A Government Out Of Control

Big-Government

What I have taken away from this past week – these three different scandals should provide enough evidence to American that Obama’s big government agenda only leads to lies and corruption and that his entire Administration should be removed from the White House immediately.

It is evident to me that many in the United States believe that big government is the way to go because they believe that a big centralized government really is a ‘government for the people’.

The way I see it is that the broad idea of big government is a government where it’s intentions is too help out the citizens; protecting the weak from the strong, giving up some freedom to protect us from threats abroad, and making sure that there is balance between the different classes of society. The idea of that sounds great but people tend to forget that most politicians are power hungry and will take that idea of ‘helping out the people’ to a whole different level.

Government in the United States is starting to become so big that it has the power and willingness to probe it’s citizens to get any information that they want and for whatever reason they deem necessary. This is obvious now with the IRS scandal as they were (what I believe) directed by Obama’s Department of United States Treasury to target right winged groups and individuals who spoke put against Obama and his big government agenda during the 2012 election. I believe this was done to not only sway the election but to also intimidate and silence those against Obama. It’s a scary thought but it’s just so obvious.

America should be really worried and take notice of these scandals as a reminder that a nanny state is never the solution to our problems, but rather a leaner government that allows its people to seek their full potential with maximum freedom.

Now I keep harping on the Obama Administration but it isn’t just Obama, the GOP is just as bad. The following bumper sticker picture is a perfect example of just what I mean –

GOP party of smallER BIG government

President George W. Bush’s Presidency is a great example of a smaller but still big government. The GOP is not representative of the majority of those that did not vote for Barack Obama.

America needs radical change to reduce the size of government before America becomes entirely unrecognizable and I believe Libertarianism is the solution.
